Friday Indigo lines

Some posters here are doing very well, and others are stuck in mud....have to polish my crusty ol' crystal ball and help an old lady across the street to get the karma right.

1)   Lynx   +2        Sun    156

Jones having MVP type season....Lynx have played better than I anticipated, with Fowles out for long stretches....she'll have to play against the Sun.  Sun offense goes on vacation on the road and Lynx D much better at home.  Big lean to UNDER.

2)  Mystics -5'     Storm   164

Mystics due to break out after a couple of subpar performances offensive performances, they are the most skilled offensive team in the league.  Della Donne looks tired or disinterested this season, and she is no longer the alpha dog on the Mystics, similar to what transpired with Moore of the Lynx last season.  She'll still have some break-out games, but she may need to take a season off next year.  Storm like to run on the road, and the Mystics play pretty fast too...without seeing a Vegas line I would be leaning strongly to an OVER.

3)  Aces -10    Liberty  162

Have the Liberty turned it around?  I expect the Aces to blast them in a short-term revenge game, so if the New Yorkers keep it close maybe things have progressed.  Up until two games ago they were on life support.  If the Liberty don't play 500 ball this year, Katie is gotta be axed by the GM/owners, or whoever is making decisions for that franchise.

4) Mercury pik 160

I watched Griner sleep walk through her last game, and now even her own teammates refuse to reward her with the ball.  I'd love to ask the Mercury coach why she has a 6 foot 9 female center be a statue out at the 3 point line setting picks for lesser offensive players, unless it's exclusively for Bonner.  Maybe setting picks out there is exhausting, IDK. 

The Sparks are a dangerous team and now it  looks like two out of their 3 best players are on the verge of returning from injury.  I expect the Sparks to start covering a lot of games and I would make them the favorite to win the WNBA title this year, with Vegas and the Sun 2nd and 3rd favorites.

Helping the old lady might be a good starting point  but I suggest you put your hands together and ask the creator of the universe to give you the wisdom to make the right choices as you have done in the past ! Much respect for you ID you will get it back starting tonight .

Incidentally I only roll with home teams as they have been $$$ The two I see in great positions tonight are the Lynx and the Mystics Thank you for the write ups they always help when my hands are put together looking for that same wisdom.

Plays:

3) Sparks +2'

Mystics have finals revenge going for them, and they will play their best game of the season versus the team that swept them.  They will attempt to run the Storm off the court....I expect that they'll be making shots that the very tough defense of the Sun got them to miss.

And, we get a total that is much less than it could be.

The Sparks?...they are just flat out better than the Mercury, with the Mercury having limited offensive options, playing very young players with not a lot of experience or offensive skill.

Tremendous read Indigo. You and Aussie surely keep me abreast of things I sometimes do not think about. Kudos. 

The thing about Griner and her picks? She is a dirty player. She does those to destroy smaller players. To harm them. She is a street thug ghetto lesbian. Truth be told and should be banned a couple games. Shields was destroyed by her last game. 

Also  I think you and Aussie are over valuing LAS. They have a coach that probably is not very good. That in itself is bad news.

Mystics missing A lot of shots especially Della D she is off having said that it's Seems like 8 points or better in this league is to high for most any favorite. I honestly did not like this line when I saw it should have stayed away. Let's get the next one I.D.
