Just feels like the loss of the Thomas ladies (Jasmine/Alyssa) will be felt here. DT going back  to Connecticut...she had some decent games last season vs them. Diggins lit it up too. This time around they have Griner to clog the middle. Kia should hit some 3s. Bonner and Jones will get theirs but to me, it won't be enough. 

Same here spartan.  Outside of JJ last game, conn didn't impress me too much.  ATL played awful.  I took them +1.5 as well.  I figured Phx wouldve been a slight favorite

 Up 5 with 4 to go after being down 7 to start the 4th....i guess they didn't deserve to win in the end. DT missing open 3s and Griner making bonehead passes, these girls best days are behind them. 

Bonner is a beast. I don't know why they ever let her walk. 

old team last year no travel. 2 road games one day off and already won a road game. I would have been a bit surprised if they won both these road games.  Phx is not as good as they were but lets see how they do at home. Conn is/was missing pieces,  but Conn has a very strong history of winning at home.

As it looks rest and travel might be something to look into for the team still featuring Taurassi  

Bonner was the best player on the team when it was her, DT and Griner.  Not a hot head, plays hard, etc.  Conn was gonna be my 'sleeper' team last year if JJ wouldn't have sat out the season.

Bonner is a top 5 player and they let her get away 

I mean she is there with Stewie and Tina and better than tissue paper EDD. 

She is better than Aja

 Yup. I did. And I underestimated the coaching abilities of the hyped up napolean coach. Jonquel and bonner more than enough with their side pieces. Mercury led by some over the hill poor sports.
