Last meeting saw the Aces win 96-93 but that was when the Mystics weren’t on the best form. Think we see Mystics really compete hard as they are gunning for some playoff basketball.

I also try to question what teams are going to have a hard time getting it going again. LA for example with their injuries and bad offensive play? Will Dallas continue to have a sieve for a defense and their offense will not come back right away?

@WNBASharp31 Thanks mate. I think is also getting to the point where teams like Sun and Aces regress and teams like Mystics, Sky and Lynx improve. We saw how well Minny was playing before the break and I think they can carry that on.
As for the Wings, I do believe they can finally make the playoffs and continue their decent D. I still don’t like the fact that Arike takes so many shots and I feel as though the others around her feel like they want the ball just as much. She needs to share it around more because she gets so stagnant in games and is massively inconsistent. I love Mabrey and Alisha Gray, I just wish they saw the ball more.
Sparks and Fisher surely is a project that needs to end after this season. He just does not cut it. Fever will begin to tank and I do believe that Sparks will follow. They need to look to the future with Toliver looking like she wants out and the Ogwumike sisters injury prone this season and surely Chiney has had enough not getting much game time off the bench. Only shining light for them is Te’a Cooper so far this season.
for me, the Storm are still the team to beat. Mystics when EDD comes back as well. I just hope she does come back on 22nd August because that gives her 11 games to gel with Tina. They haven’t played together yet and EDD hasn’t played since 2019. They can definitely make a late push but it will be hard for any team outside the top two seeds to win the title.

I am with you on the Mystic as well at +11.5. I am not sure why it hasn't moved at all. I saw that 11.5 and couldn't bet it fast enough! Mystic getting healthy too, with MHA and Mitchell back.

Hey Joe, for me I don’t like their offense and believe that when they play the big teams they will fall apart as their defense cant be relied on. They are also thin on the bench and the next three games are big tests for them as they have Lynx x 2 and the Aces. Fortunately they do have Sparks x 3 and Dream as well in their last 11 games.

Nice mate, glad we both hit. That was a big loss though for Mystics. That win was in the bag and then they folded. They may regret that down the track now. Running out of games as well with a tough schedule that contains Aces, Storm x2, Mercury, Wings, Sun x2, Lynx x 2, Sky and Liberty.
