I have watched Seattle their last two or three road games. Well coached on the defensive end....the coaching staff had instructed Canada to just distribute the ball, and she totally has not looked to do anything offensively. They have pushed the pace because they have some well conditioned athletes.
Now, Canada is out, which is no big loss and Whitcomb is in. I have never really gotten why she doesn't play more,...great shooter and in my opinion she is at good as Jewell Lloyd. She is a knockdown shooter and she will shoot at least 5 3 point shots today....in other words, she will be a threat.
In their game versus the Mystics, the game was well over until Kristi Tolliver got kicked out for two technicals in the first quarter, 50 points were scored....after that because the Mystics have no back-up point guard and Della Donne is just taking up space this year, the game slowed to a crawl and after 50 points scored in the first and total of 90 point were scored in the last three quarters.
No chance of teh game slowing to a crawl with the Sun,....they routinely score 90 and they will run with the Storm. Typically they run teams out of the gym in the second half at home.
