So some injury news first, Samuelson is out (Sky) for a long time with a hand/wrist injury. Shenise Johnson is out tonight (Fever). Camille Little (Mercury) remains out.
Bria Hartley (Liberty) has left NY to go to Eurobasket, could be away between 2-4 weeks. Amanda Zahui B will leave soon as well.
Shavonte Zellous (Storm) is doubtful tonight.
That's the injury news I have so far, will post if anyone else comes up as missing tonight's game.

The Sun landed just 21 buckets vs the Dream the other night in a awful performance. They had a 7 minute period in the 3Q where they didn't score a single point. I don't think that happens again tonight vs the Mystics who offense seems to be clicking. They are a little weakened since Meeseman and Mestdagh left but they still have a very strong starting 5 with a healthy bench. The last meeting wasn't a good outing for the Mystics so I expect a much better performance from Mystics in this game and this game could be really close towards the end of the game which may assist with some free throws as well.

Mercury found some offensive mojo the other day vs the Fever, Sky aren't know for a good defense and seeing that the Sky actually kept a team to below 80 points, I don't think that happens again. Wade loves to spread the ball and push the pace, not sure that is the right recipe for a team like the Mercury.

Tough day at the office today. The quality of shooting is down massively this season.
Half the league are shooting under 40% this season. I put that down to so many star players being out this season. We are seeing a quicker paced game, with half the league taking over 70 shots per game (last season average was 68) but this is crazy, every single team last season was over 40% from the field, and that included an ugly Fever side. This season, Liberty, Sparks, Sun, Wings and the Dream are all under 40% from the field.
Only the one game tomorrow, Lynx @ Liberty and then on Thursday same again, just the one game which is Fever @ Wings.
