The Sun are in a very familiar predicament once again. Lose this game and the season is over and possible Millers coaching time at the Sun. With this talented roster, if he fails again in the post-season surely it’s goodbye. Arike is probable and I’m not sure if that’s a good thing for the Wings. We have seen them go 7-2 since her injury and that win the other day on the road was incredible. They made the change putting McCowan on the bench because Jonquel ate her up in Game 1. Harrison caused a lot more issues and it worked wonders so expect the Wings to do this same rotation. I also think that Arike will come off the bench because it would be too risky throwing her into the starting 5 straight away. For this game though, im backing the Sun. They have just watched the other seeds in the top 4 make it to the semis and surely they don’t want to be the laughing stock of the league once again for failing in the playoffs. This is their chance for some redemption for that awful performance in Game 2 and for the to advance to play Chicago.

First game is on Sunday with the line around -5.5 for the Aces. Total hovering around 169. Think this definitely could go the full 5 games as Charles has stepped up and Loyd, Stewie and Bird will always be a threat. Not sure about Hambys injury yet but she is needed as I don’t think the Aces have that bench depth when needed.
Sun @ Sky (Sky won series 4-0)
On paper it doesn’t look good for the Sun, losing all four games this season to the Sky. I’m saying that though, the games were won by 4,8,3 and 3 so all fairly close contests. Maybe some redemption from last seasons playoff loss to the Sky? Not sure about that. I do like Sky in the first game of this series as I don’t think the Sun will be able to cope with VDS and Quigley followed by Parker, Meesseman and Copper. Vet experience and tall as well to combat the likes of Jonquel, Thomas and Brionna Jones. Once again, Carrington and Sims were poor tonight and Sun really lack that bench depth as well. Should be a very tight contest but I think the Sky can go up 1-0 with home court advantage and the playoff experience. Will wait on the line to come out. See you all on Sunday
