NBA insider I haven’t had a chance to post my own thread today but take a look at first quarter over unders for the playoffs if the first-quarter over under is set at 41 1/2 hit it like a short stay (12-2) if it’s at 42 1/2 I would still hit it (9-5)
the total for the first quarter has been an uncovered gem right now
I don’t know if game goes over But I will bet first quarter does brutal one in NYC

Hey NBA
Just my opinion.
Thibault does cry "defense" to his girls. Brondello doesn't. In this series, I do think we see a lot of points though because although Thibs might want his girls to play D, Storm have a very good team and they are hard to stop offensively when you have Howard/Stewart teamed up together and then Loyd, Clark and Bird who can all hit their 3's. The guard match-up for me is key in this series, the advantage is definitely in favour of the Storm. Benches, well we might only see 2-3 players from each bench but Canada is a quality young rookie and Whitcomb got her mins off the bench in Game 5 and played well. She is a pleasure to watch, been in OZ the last 2 seasons and plays great over here. I think this is where we see the Mystics really miss Meesseman. Up against the quality of Stewart and Howard, EDD may struggle. EDD will always bring you points, but struggles defending other tall girls. Toliver is a head case, she will show up one night, then disappear the other which makes beating the Mystics so tough. Very inconsistent. The Mystics had a nice path to the Finals easily beating the Sparks in that single elimination but don't forget, Parker wasn't 100% and either was Nneka. The travel for the Sparks leading up to that game was atrocious. Chicago one day, back home for the Lynx, back out to Washington on 1 day's rest. Too much for them to handle. Mystics then took on the Dream and it took them 5 games, yes EDD missed one game but regardless, the Dream missing Angel is nowhere near the quality of which the Storm holds. I think this series may end 3-1 in favour of the Storm. They Mercury had experience behind them and Bonner, Griner and DT held that team together in an amazing way and they put up big points combined. I don't see the Mystics doing that as a team combined. Bonner was the real star for the Mercury in that series, EDD will be beast mode no doubt but do we all expect Toliver and maybe Cloud to be the supporting cast for EDD? I don't. They aren't consistent like Bonner, Griner and DT were. If they are to have any chance of winning this series, they Mystics need to outcoach the Storm as well as get their rotations right. They need to catch the Storm on a bad night of shooting but this series is set up very nicely for the Storm to win and win comfortably.
I went a bit off track in regards to your totals for the series but when I get writing, I just get stuck into it. GL and amazing post-season NBA and good to have you around in this fairly quiet forum
