WNBA Playoff Contest thread (Tuesday)

Hello WNBA gamblers. Aussie and I run a Contest thread every year so please join in, try to win and have fun. This Contest is a place for all cappers to post their best play and have their record tracked until we crown a Champion.

There are a lot of really good handicappers in the W this season. This thread isn’t meant to replace anyone’s daily thread but be a place to consolidate thoughts and plays and identify  opportunities. If used properly, it should be a money maker whether you tail or fade.

RULES:

-max 2 plays per day, no minimum 

-available ATS lines and totals at exact time of post, no “I got this last night” or “my local gave me this puzzling line”

-Full game, 1st qtr, 1st half ATS and totals apply. -110 or lower odds. No 2nd half, no parlays, no teasers.

-a brief write up is encouraged but not necessary, everyone has their own style and that’s ok

-Oz and I are the committee and have the final say on any questionable wagers

Records will be tracked by Win/Loss % and Champ crowned at the end. Good luck and have fun!

PHX -5.5-I'd be shocked if DT doesn't get to the line at least 12 times. In the matchup of the bigs, I think whoever gets in foul trouble first will be at an enormous disadvantage. Since the game is in Phoenix, I foresee that being Liz.

LAS -6.5-Maya is a winner, and you know she will bring her A game tomorrow; however, Lynx have large disadvantages at too many positions. Whalen looks like she is running in mud, and Augustus jacks up far too many long 2s. Also, Sparks shot very poorly in their last game (except for the last 2 minutes), and Lynx shot very well. I expect a regression to the mean with shooting, and the Sparks will have a bounce back performance at home, especially with Ogwumike back.
