We get to see Fisher in his first coaching role in the WNBA (didn't go well for Wade last night with Chicago). As far as I know, no other issues with the teams. Since 2013, the Sparks are 9-20 S/U when Parker is out. The Aces went 1-2 last season vs the Sparks and before that, Laimbeer went just 4-11 S/U vs the Sparks from 2013-2017 so he doesn't have the best record against this Sparks franchise but its a new era for LA and the Aces have a good team. As usual, waiting on the lines to see where they are at..

Thanks guys for providing the early lines for me. Went to bed around 12am last night and they still weren't out. Going to be a problem when we get those early afternoon games and they release the line just 2-3 hours before tip.
I have absolutely no faith in Derek Fisher. The Aces scouting report said they had been reviewing tape of the Sparks in their pre-season games and they can tell the difference between Agler and Fisher. Agler was all about the post, slowing the tempo down and playing good D, where Fisher is all about guard play due to his time in the NBA. Now that's all good when you have great guards, but they are a little thin this season the Sparks in that position. The Aces aren't much better at guard but feel as though Plum has come a long way since her rookie season and Jamie Young looks to be exciting. McBride/Wilson/Swords will also be in the starting 5 and McBride is ready for a breakout year IMHO and Wilson is going to have a tough game against the sisters but I think she is more than capable of it.

So do I Pho. The combo of Wilson and McBride looks great and Plum definitely has been better since she started to play her off-season in Europe. Cambage still to come into this line-up which is scary, I just hope she doesn't ruin it. She would take over Swords, so Swords will move to the bench and then you have Wilson at PF, McBride at SF, Plum and SG and Young at PG. Their bench shot poorly today, going just 5-25 attempts but still got the double digit win today. Just need to see them perform on the road because that's where they have been poor over the last few seasons.
