Much respect. Had the Sparks in Seattle and tonight and didn't understand all the Seattle love without LJ. Have to say I am really liking the Sparks this year. Hated when Tina was playing for them, felt like she had such a high usage rate for what she added to the team. Love the first round pick from the Stanford and CP healthy, think they can be a real force this year. Kind of like the old Lakers teams with Omwusike, CP, and DMJ; big up front. Beard/Tolliver I think is an improvement over the point from last year.
I feel like Seattle without LJ is like Orlando without Howard, there's a reason she was MVP. And I think that Home/Away dichotomy that is the WNBA will really show in Seattle's road games this year. I think I would fade them until LJ gets back. Also think that Swin's lost is huge as I thought she was Seattle's 3rd best player after LJ and Birdie.
