The Land of Lincoln now has a 10th mobile sports betting option.

bet365 went live in Illinois this week and new customers can register now to claim a bet $5, get $150 in bonus bets reward, among other Illinois sportsbook promos. Enter bet365 Illinois bonus code 'CVSBONUS,' make an initial deposit of $10, and place a first bet of $5 or more. Regardless of the wager's outcome, customers will receive $150 in bonus bets.

The bet365 sportsbook app also debuted in Tennessee on Sunday. This brings the number of states the sportsbook app is available in to 13.

"Championship-winning franchises, iconic athletes, and impassioned fans define Illinois' Never Ordinary sports culture. Now, new and eligible bettors from Chicago, Springfield, and all of the Prairie State can join the bet365 experience," a bet365 spokesperson said.

The list of competitors in the Illinois sports betting market is a strong one.

Illinois became the nation's second-largest sports betting market in 2024, surpassing New Jersey and sitting behind only New York. Sports bettors in Illinois wagered $14 billion last year, while New York bettors led the way with $22.7 billion wagered.

Root, root, root for the home team

bet365 joins the Illinois scene in a busy sports week. Not only does March Madness kick off with the First Four matchups on Tuesday, but the Chicago Cubs kick off the MLB season with the Tokyo Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
