A new partnership has been announced between bet365 and Kroenke Sports and Entertainment (KSE), the group that owns both the Denver Nuggets basketball team and Colorado Avalanche hockey club.

Kroenke Sports is the company behind the newly launched Altitude+, which provides a direct-to-consumer streaming option for fans to watch Denver NBA and NHL games. Its deal with bet365 will enable Coloradans to watch local Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche games live - something they haven’t been able to do since 2019 due to an ongoing network contract dispute.

As part of the new partnership, signage is to be added to the baseline of the Nuggets floor, along with an in-ice corner logo and penalty box signage for Avalanche games. Fans can also expect to see additional signage throughout Ball Arena for games of both teams.

“A championship-winning organization, Kroenke Sports and Entertainment undoubtedly embodies the Never Ordinary spirit, and we are enthusiastic about this partnership to elevate the bet365 experience to our fans in the Mile High City,” a spokesperson for bet365 said.

The partnership comes at an exciting time for Denver sports fans.

“Colorado has wholeheartedly embraced the U.S. sports betting space. Our elite, title-contending teams, and the passionate fan bases of Nuggets Nation and Avs Faithful, are a perfect match for a leading sports betting brand with 100 million worldwide customers,” said Michael Ceilley, SVP of partnership marketing and media sales for Kroenke Sports and Entertainment.”

bet365 is no stranger to sports partnerships, of course. In recent years the sportsbook has signed deals with basketball teams like the Charlotte Hornets, Cleveland Guardians, and San Antonio Spurs. The company has also held partnerships with baseball teams such as the Colorado Rockies and the Washington Commanders football team.

bet365 became the first-ever official sports betting partner of the UEFA Champions League earlier this year. It was announced as the official sports betting partner of the most-watched club soccer competition in the world in August, going on to celebrate the launch by handing out thousands of free Champions League tickets to fans.

bet365’s U.S. expansion steams ahead

The new partnership with the Nuggets and Avalanche is the latest in a long line of U.S. sports partnerships for bet365, all of which have been agreed as part of the company’s expansion throughout the U.S.

The company first arrived in the U.S. back in 2018, when it debuted in New Jersey in partnership with Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.

It has since expanded to states including Colorado, Ohio, Virginia, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Indiana, Arizona and North Carolina. July saw bet365’s arrival in its 11th state: Pennsylvania. The launch was marked with a new deal with Presque Isle Downs and Casino.

Last month, bet365 opened a new U.S. headquarters in Denver, sharing its intention to hire an additional 300 employees this year (adding to the 50 already employed at the Denver office).

The Colorado Economic Development Commission also approved up to $14 million in a performance-based Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit for bet365. Over an eight-year period, it could allow the company to hire nearly 1,000 employees in the state.

bet365 has marked the launch of its partnership with Kroenke Sports and Entertainment, the Nuggets and Avalanche with a new promotion.

The bonus, which is available to new customers only, rewards players with $200 in bonus bets and a two month subscription to Altitude+, following a qualifying bet of $5.
