Gaming content provider Gaming Realms has announced a new partnership with game studio S Gaming Ltd., which will see S Gaming’s content into the Gaming Realms’ platform.

S Gaming titles set for release in new markets across North America and Europe include "Captain Jacks Chests," "Triple 777 Jackpot," and "Catch the Robbers."

“We're thrilled to announce this strategic partnership with S Gaming. By distributing their innovative titles across North America and Europe, we're excited to expand its global reach and in turn, diversify our offering,” said Craig Falciglia, director of business development at Gaming Realms, speaking exclusively with Covers. “This collaboration will create significant synergies, allowing us to provide operator partners with a more comprehensive and exciting entertainment experience.”

“This is a significant step change for S Gaming. The pace at which this partnership came together combined with the market reach of Gaming Realms has been fundamental to facilitating this distribution agreement,” added S Gaming CEO Charles Mott. “Securing this monumental agreement with one of the biggest and best innovators in the gaming space will significantly accelerate our North American ambitions.”

Second partnership in a week

This latest update comes on the heels of Gaming Realms’ expanded partnership with Caesars Entertainment, unveiled earlier this week. As part of the deal, Gaming Realms will launch an exclusive new title on both Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook and Casino in three jurisdictions – New Jersey, Michigan, and Ontario. The game, "Caesars Blackjack X-Change," puts a spin on its "Blackjack X-Change" title by capturing the excitement of the iconic Las Vegas strip casino.

The X-change feature allows players to swap cards between hands, adding an extra layer of strategy.

“Our partnership with Caesars remains a triumph and continues to evolve as U.S. players embrace the strategic depth and variety of our games,” Jordan Palamar, account executive at Gaming Realms, told Covers earlier this week. “Building on the success of last year’s exclusive title 'Caesars Palace Slingo,' the latest release 'Caesars Blackjack X-Change' is a natural progression in our ongoing collaboration with the operator and underscores the popularity of our portfolio.”

The pair launched "Caesars Palace Slingo" in September 2023 to customers in New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario, and Pennsylvania. The objective of this game is to match numbers on a five-by-five grid with the numbers revealed at the bottom of the screen. Players aim to create a line of matched numbers to achieve a "Slingo" and climb the prize ladder.

Founded in 2001, Gaming Realms is a U.K.-based company that specializes in mobile gaming and is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange. The company is the official owner of the "Slingo" brand after acquiring the rights from RealNetworks for $18 million back in 2015.

Gaming Realms has formed partnerships with several gaming operators around the globe, including Superbet, Sky Betting & Gaming, and MrQ.
