It appears that somebody had the script for the NFL’s Week 13 action, and decided to make good on their preternatural instincts.
A Maryland bettor at Caesars Sportsbook correctly picked the over/under on 10 different players' yardage to walk away with nearly $30,000.
The anonymous bettor sprinkled his cash out across four of Sunday’s afternoon games, with picks from Minnesota’s late win over Arizona, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati’s offensive slugfest, Seattle’s big win over the slumping New York Jets, and the surging LA Chargers’ win over Atlanta.

Most interestingly, the Caesars user clearly saw something in the air, selecting and eventually hitting on an astonishing 10 overs, eight of which for receiving and a pair for combined rushing and receiving yards.
Some of the bettors' picks were also much easier than others. A 68.5 receiving yards line for Ladd McConkey proved to be no match, as the rookie Chargers wideout crushed the line to the tune of 117 receiving yards, eclipsing the century mark for the second time in his last three weeks despite leaving early with a knee injury.
A 71.5 total yards line for Steelers running back Najee Harris also turned out to be smooth sailing, with Harris picking up 129 yards on the ground and in the air in the midst of a high-scoring 44-38 Steelers win.
“We knew that this was going to be kind of a scoring game, not to say nothing bad about our defence,” Harris said postgame. “But [The Bengals have] good players across the other side, so we knew that we [had] to do what we’ve got to do and the defence is going to do what they’re doing.”
Close calls go bettor's way
A few other picks, however, were much closer nailbiters that certainly could have gone either way. All four of Ja’Marr Chase, Jordan Addison, Davante Adams, and Jaylen Warren finished within just 10 yards of their respective lines, with Addison eking out 54 receiving yards against the Cardinals to beat his 48.5 line by just 5.5 yards.
“No matter how the game [is] going, no matter how it starts, I feel like everybody in here as a whole [has] the confidence to feel like we’re going to win,” the Vikings sophomore said. “We never flinch, no matter what’s going on, and we just keep being successful.”
Perhaps the most fascinating and astonishing pick of the bunch, however, was Warren’s 64 total yards for the Steelers.
Warren finished with just nine rushing yards against the Bengals, his lowest showing since rushing for seven yards against the Las Vegas Raiders. His three carries also represented a precipitous week-over-week drop for the 3rd year back out of Oklahoma State.
Despite a dearth of opportunities with the football on the ground, Warren made plenty good for the Steelers by way of the air, catching a season-high tying four receptions for 55 yards, including a 29-yard scamper on a Russell Wilson dump-off that saw him evade multiple defenders en route to the first down and more.
