Stake and RAS Technology Holdings join forces to launch horse racing on Stake’s global sportsbook platform.

The deal between Stake and RAS is for two years, with a one-year renewal option. RAS will receive a percentage of the net gaming revenue generated by Stake’s horse racing offering. In return, Stake will receive a turnkey horse racing solution, including data, content, trading platform, and risk management solutions. Punters won’t have to wait long to check out the new features, as they are scheduled to launch sometime this quarter.

“We are excited to partner with Racing & Sports and take our product to the next level with one of the leading racing odds and software providers in the industry,” Stake.com’s Commercial Director Jarrod Febbraio said. “We are eagerly awaiting to go live on the platforms and offer additional options for our customers to explore.”

Stake is a leading online sports betting and casino operator, known for its ability to accept more than 25 currencies – including cryptocurrencies. Earlier this year, Stake announced that it was close to making a US acquisition and while that has yet to happen, Stake has been busy forging new partnerships in the racing space.

Stake’s interest in racing goes beyond just the horses. The company also has a relationship with Formula One racing. Initially, it was one of several sponsors for Sauber Racing. Earlier this month, however, Stake became its title sponsor, replacing Alfa Romeo. Stake’s title sponsorship runs until the team is officially picked up by Audi in 2026.

This is not the first deal that RAS has forged with a leading sportsbook provider. It also has relationships with Entain, Flutter, and Bet365. However, due to the revenue-sharing nature of this partnership, it has the potential to be RAS’ most significant deal to date.

“We are thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with Stake.com, the highest volume betting platform globally, said RAS CEO Stephen Crispe. “This strategic partnership will not only broaden Stake.com’s wagering offering by adding racing but also further positions Racing and Sports as the go-to provider for industry-leading and fully integrated racing and wagering solutions on a global scale.”
