MLB Player Props & Best Bets Today for 3-30: Big Game Bryce

Baseball’s opening weekend has been fun — maybe not if you’re a Brewers pitcher — and Sunday brings another entertaining 13-game slate.

We’ve scoured the available MLB player props for March 30, and have found three of our favorite MLB picks to share.

We break them all down below, starting with the guy who had a home run hat-trick on Saturday: Aaron Judge.

Aaron Judge Under 1.5 total bases (-121 at Caesars)

I mean, this guy put on a power clinic at Yankee Stadium, going yard three times and driving in eight runs as the New York Yankees hung a 20-9 decision on the Milwaukee Brewers.

While you might expect the good times to keep rolling, Milwaukee trots out righty Aaron Civale, who’s had plenty of reps against Aaron Judge going back to his time as a starter for the Rays.

The results haven’t been great for Judge. In 17 career at-bats, he’s had just four hits for a light .235 average with no home runs and six strikeouts.

There’s some risk in Judge just staying scorching hot and doing damage. I’ll stay on trend for this wager, but will be holding my breath, nonetheless.

Ryan O'Hearn Over 1.5 total bases (+139 at Caesars)

The Baltimore Orioles have not been bashful to start their season in a four-game set against the Toronto Blue Jays, piling up 23 runs in winning two of the first three.

While he hasn’t put up major numbers (yet), first baseman Ryan O’Hearn has hit safely in all three games, and Saturday was his most productive, picking up a pair of hits and scoring a run in a 9-5 Orioles win.

He gets another favorable matchup in the finale, facing off against Toronto righty Chris Bassitt. O’Hearn is one of four O’s with at least nine at-bats against Bassitt, and he leads them all, going 5-for-11 for a .455 average, with a home run and four RBI.

Bryce Harper Over 1.5 total bases (-103 at Caesars)

Let’s wrap up with Philadelphia Phillies star Bryce Harper, who put up two hits and a run as part of Philly’s 11-6 win over the Washington Nationals.

He opened the series with a solo home run and two runs scored in a 7-3 win that went 10 innings. We’re banking on him picking up two total bases for a third game in a row when the Phillies face off against Washington lefty Mitchell Parker.

The lefty-on-lefty stuff hasn’t phased Harper yet, although it’s a small sample size. He’s picked up two hits and a walk in three at-bats against Parker in his career. Parker allowed lefties to hit .282 on him last season, as opposed to .251 for righties.
