DraftKings NBA Pick6 fantasy basketball lineup for December 25

Knicks Klay Thompson 13.5 Points: MORE

Klay Thompson has been a wonderful addition to the Dallas Mavericks, complementing Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving very well. While he’s not putting up massive numbers like he did in his Golden State Warriors days, Klay is still doing his part.

The sharpshooter is averaging 14.4 points per game on 39.1% shooting, and he’s registered more than 13.5 points in five of the last six games. Although he didn’t play great against the Minnesota Timberwolves last season, Thompson is playing with a lot of confidence right now. I don’t see him having any issues surpassing 13.5 points on Christmas.

Knicks Dennis Schroder 13.5 Points: LESS

The Golden State Warriors just recently acquired Dennis Schroder in a trade with the Brooklyn Nets, but he hasn’t made much of an impact so far. In three games, the German has scored 23 points total. Schroder is starting as well, yet he’s struggling to score the rock despite heavy minutes.

I do believe the guard will eventually find his footing and figure it out. But, the trends point towards another quiet one for Schroder on Christmas. I like this entry.

Knicks Luka Doncic 7.5 Assists: MORE

Luka Doncic just returned to the Mavs lineup on Monday after missing a couple of games with a heel injury. It’s been another solid campaign for the Slovenian, averaging 28.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 8.1 assists. We’ll focus on his playmaking here.

Doncic has dished out more than 7.5 dimes in three of his last five appearances, and he finished with seven assists on Monday. Luka also tallied eight assists the last time he faced the Wolves, and they’re allowing a whopping 32 dimes across their last three. Luka will facilitate at a high level.

Knicks LeBron James 24.5 Points: MORE

It’s Christmas, so you know LeBron James is going to ball out. The King has now played in 18 games on December 25, averaging over 25 points per game. He’s also the all-time leader in points on Christmas Day. As we know, James always rises to the occasion when the lights are brightest, and that won’t be any different here.

Bron has finished with more than 24.5 points in back-to-back outings, dropping 32 against the Kings and 28 against the Pistons. He will get the Dubs on Christmas, who he torched last season, averaging 36.3 points in three games. Lock this entry in.

Knicks Anthony Edwards 25.5 Points: LESS

Anthony Edwards is truly one of the brightest young stars in the Association, and he’s impressive again in 2024-25, averaging 25.3 points. But he’s struggling a bit lately, scoring less than 25.5 points in three straight appearances.

In fact, he’s put up just 16, 19, and 17 points during that span. The Mavs are a good defensive team and Ant isn’t playing efficient basketball at the moment.

Knicks Rudy Gobert 11.5 Rebounds: LESS

Rudy Gobert is known for his defense and dominance on the glass. However, he’s averaging his lowest rebounding total since 2017-18, bringing down 10.6 boards per night. While that’s still respectable, it’s not what we’re used to seeing from Gobert.

He’s collected less than 11.5 rebounds in three of the last four contests. Dallas is also fifth in the league in rebounding. It makes sense to lock in less than 11.5 on Christmas for Gobert.
