The Orlando Magic look to get back into the win column tonight when they tip off against the Sacramento Kings, who've dropped four straight on the road.

Paolo Banchero has been a man on a mission with five consecutive 30-point performances for Orlando, and he’ll be the focus of my Kings vs. Magic predictions and NBA picks for Saturday, March 29.

Kings vs Magic prediction

My best bet: Paolo Banchero Over 36.5 points + rebounds (-115 at bet365)

My analysis
The Orlando Magic had their three-game winning streak snapped by the Mavericks on Thursday, but it was another brilliant performance from Paolo Banchero, who put up 35 points along with 10 rebounds in the 101-92 loss.

Banchero has been singlehandedly carrying Orlando’s offense recently as he’s averaged 30.5 points per game in March, accounting for over 28% of his team’s offense. The power forward comes into Saturday’s contest with five straight 30-point performances under his belt and can put up another big number against a struggling Sacramento Kings squad.

The Kings are 3-8 over their last 11 contests while allowing 120 ppg over that span — the sixth-worst mark in the league since March 9.

Banchero hasn’t just been a scoring machine, though — he’s also been a beast on the glass. The 2022 first overall pick has racked up at least seven boards in seven of his last eight games and has gone Over 36.5 points + rebounds in five straight outings as well as seven of his previous eight.

Kings vs Magic same-game parlay

Paolo Banchero Over 36.5 points + rebounds

Domantas Sabonis 13+ rebounds

Over 218.5

Speaking of rebounding beasts, Domantas Sabonis leads the NBA with 14 boards per game this season. The Kings center has recorded 13+ rebounds in nine of his last 13 contests (excluding two he left early due to injury).

The Kings have been playing some high-scoring games of late with 12 of their last 13 contests featuring at least 220 combined points, while the Over has cashed in eight of their previous 12.

The Magic own an abysmal offense averaging a league-worst 104.9 ppg, but they’ve somehow hit the Over in four of their last five (thank you, Banchero).
