The New York Knicks and the Philadelphia 76ers will face off at Wells Fargo Center on Wednesday night, with Jalen Brunson going head-to-head with Joel Embiid (maybe). Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET, and the game will air on ESPN.
Tyrese Maxey, Paul George, and Joel Embiid all missed the front end of the Philadelphia 76ers' back-to-back on Tuesday, and their statuses for Wednesday are uncertain. With the 76ers' injury report longer than a CVS receipt, we turn our attention to Mikal Bridges of the New York Knicks.

Mikal Bridges Over 2.5 assists (-105 at bet365)
My analysis
Mikal Bridges consistently flips between a total of 3.5 and 2.5 for his assists in the NBA player props, and with this total now down to 2.5 and -105 for the juice, the Over really pops off the page. Not only is the projection there, but the matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers also plays a significant role.
When playing against the 76ers, you want to put Tyrese Maxey in a ton of actions because he is their worst defender on the perimeter. The injury that catches my eye is Caleb Martin's, because if he is out, then there are two players on the 76ers you will want to matchup hunt in Maxey and Ricky Council. This could no doubt push usage towards more of a secondary scorer like Bridges, who will have very favorable matchups for creating offense for his teammates.
Maxey is also questionable, and if he is out, the defense takes another step down with Reggie Jackson or Eric Gordon. The bottom line is, the 76ers have a handful of better-than-average defenders on the wings, but with every injury to one of these players, their defense takes a dramatic step backward with the replacement in the lineup. This can create scenarios where it doesn't make sense for Bridges to just be standing in the corner, and you will want to get the ball in his hands and allow him to create.
The other big names on the injury report are Joel Embiid and Andre Drummond. Trying to project when Embiid will play is a nightmare, but if both players are out, there is little to no rim protection on the 76ers. The opportunity to convert potential assists to Karl-Anthony Towns and any other cutters becomes much easier for Bridges.
Bridges is projected to have 3.4 assists against the 76ers, which allows us to price the Over 2.5 assists at -180, but it's available at bet365 at -105. The numbers are there to hit the button, and it also doesn't hurt that Bridges has some extra motivation against the 76ers, considering they drafted him and traded him to the Phoenix Suns on draft night.

Mikal Bridges 3+ assists is my best bet for this matchup between the 76ers and New York Knicks, so the former Villanova Wildcat, who returns to his college stomping grounds, gets the nod as the first leg in our parlay.
I'm pairing Bridges with Towns to score 25+ points because, whether Embiid is in or out, I think you will see a ton of shots from Towns. The manner in which he scores these points will just be different if Embiid does play.
If Guerschon Yabusele is the starting center, he will be extremely undersized against Towns, and you should see Towns just feast around the rim and in the paint. If Embiid does play, the Knicks will want to make him move his feet on the perimeter and guard, which could lead to more 3-pointers from Towns.
The last leg is the Knicks on the money line. It's hard to know if we're getting a good price on this leg because it's so dependent on whether or not Embiid suits up on Wednesday. I'm personally leaning towards Embiid not playing, which is why I included this as the final leg.
