Tonight's NBA same-game parlay picks

Our betting experts have scoured through today's NBA odds to find your best SGP bets for Saturday's NBA lineup:

Bucks vs Pacers same-game parlay

Bucks +5.5

Giannis Antetokounmpo 7+ assists

Tyrese Haliburton Under 1.5 turnovers

Without Lillard running point, Giannis has often taken over as Milwaukee's primary ball-handler, becoming more of a facilitator. In 16 contests without Lillard this season, Antetokounmpo has averaged 7.9 assists per game.

He's hit the 10-assist mark in five of his last six games, which includes a career-high 20 dimes versus Philadelphia and a 15-assist performance against the Pistons. The Pacers have a middling defense and play at the seventh-fastest pace in the NBA, which should lead to plenty of assists for Giannis.

Meanwhile, Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton does a terrific job taking care of the ball. Haliburton has fewer than 1.5 turnovers in 16 of his last 21 games.

He went below this number in all four games against Milwaukee this season, which isn't surprising since the Bucks rank near the bottom of the league in steal rate.

Clippers vs Nuggets same-game parlay

James Harden Over 22.5 points

Clippers moneyline

Christian Braun Over 0.5 threes

The Clippers have been ATS kings this year (46-35-1), but I’ll go a step further and take the visitors to snatch this opening contest. L.A. has the depth and shooting to capitalize on the minutes when Jokic sits, and there’s a lot to like on the defensive end when Kawhi, Zubac, and Kris Dunn share the floor.

Denver had dropped four in a row before its three-game burst last week, and even a monster Joker stat line might not be enough if Jamal Murray is slowed down by the combination of a nagging hamstring injury and the Clippers’ perimeter stoppers. Though the teams split their regular season series, Leonard missed all four matchups.

Even with L.A. likely to start with one-on-one coverage on Jokic, there should be open shots for Nuggets’ shooters, and I like Braun to step up in this spot.

He’s made at least one 3-pointer in 16 of his past 21 outings, but he’s a natural place to start if the Clippers decide to sag off shooters and send extra help into the paint. As long as Braun avoids foul trouble against Harden, this prop feels like a solid third leg for my SGP.

Pistons vs Knicks same-game parlay

Cade Cunningham 30+ points

Pistons +7

Jalen Brunson 30+ points

The Knicks decimated the Pistons 128-98 in Detroit back on November 1 to earn their 16th straight head-to-head victory. Since that win, the Pistons have rattled off three straight against the Knicks, covering in each one.

The Pistons went 42-38-2 ATS this season, and they finished with the fourth-best ATS record on the road at 23-16-2. New York went 20-19-1 ATS at home and 20-16-1 ATS as the home favorite.

Detroit has covered in six of the last 10 head-to-head matchups with New York, and I expect the young guns to come out highly motivated in what will be the first playoff appearance for many of the players on the roster. New York should win this one, but expect Detroit to keep it close.

Jalen Brunson went for at least 30 points in 22 of 65 games this season, but three of those came against the Pistons. Brunson finished with at least that many points in three of four against Detroit this season and in five of his last seven dating back to the 2023-24 campaign.

In that span, Brunson averaged 31.1 points against Detroit, scoring no fewer than 28 points in six home matchups. Like Cunningham, his point total is set at 27.5, and I’m not satisfied taking that line, when we can do better for plus-money odds. Expect “Playoff Brunson” to be at his best at home tonight. He’s averaged 30.3 points across 24 playoff games with the Knicks and scored at least 30 in 11 of them.

Timberwolves vs Lakers same-game parlay

LeBron James 7+ assists

Julius Randle 15+ points

Minnesota Timberwolves +4.5

James’ assists have trended higher in the postseason over the past 10 years and projections call for at least seven dimes.

Julius Randle came to play against his former club this season, scoring 16 or more points in all three of his matchups with the Lakers.

The Timberwolves enter the postseason with a ton of momentum and aren’t afraid of any team after last year’s deep playoff run.
