My analysis

It's been a rough season for the Toronto Raptors, who are near the bottom of the NBA with an 8-28 record. That said, they've gone 19-13-1 against the spread as an underdog, covering at a 59.4% clip.

This is also the healthiest Toronto has been all season with no players currently on the injury report. Keep in mind that starting guard Immanuel Quickley and key backup Bruce Brown missed most of the season before returning to the lineup last week. In addition, star forward Scottie Barnes was sidelined for 13 games, leading scorer R.J. Barrett missed eight games, and center Jakob Poeltl was out for two weeks as well. 

At full strength, the Raptors are talented enough to cover a double-digit spread against a New York Knicks squad that is 0-3 SU and ATS in its last three games. The Knicks had been red-hot before running into the juggernaut that is the Thunder last Friday. They lost to OKC and have since dropped games against the below-.500 Bulls and the injury-plagued Magic.

New York could be without Karl-Anthony Towns, who is questionable due to knee tendinitis that sidelined him on Monday. The All-Star center is averaging 25.3 ppg on 55/44/83 shooting splits with 14.0 rpg, and his absence would be sorely felt. The Knicks are thin up front with Jericho Sims and former Raptor Precious Achiuwa likely to split minutes if Towns sits.

After being traded to the Raps last season, Quickley averaged 6.8 apg in 38 games with Toronto. He followed up on that by dropping 11 dimes versus Orlando, and while he was limited to three assists in his last game, he had six potential assists.

Gradey Dick is averaging 17.2 ppg as a sophomore, but now that the Raps have their entire lineup healthy, he'll take significantly fewer shots. He's scored 11 points or fewer in three of his last four games, and Barrett was sidelined for the one contest during that span where he went above that number.
