The Oklahoma City Thunder have been fantastic after a loss this season, and that ability to bounce back has continued in the NBA Playoffs.

A good share of that resiliency is carried by NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who has put up big numbers in response to a loss this postseason.

He has another opportunity to pick OKC off the mat against the Indiana Pacers in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Friday, June 13.

Here are my top NBA picks for betting on the latest Shai Gilgeous‑Alexander odds, and be sure to check out my Thunder vs. Pacers prediction ahead of tip-off tonight.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander best bet

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 7+ assists & 5+ rebounds (+155 at bet365)

The Oklahoma City Thunder are a perfect 5-0 SU coming off a loss in the playoffs. That record is powered by big bounce-back efforts from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who is averaging 33.6 points in those five contests.

However, it’s not just scoring that SGA provides to reverse the Thunder’s fortunes against the Indiana Pacers. He’s also averaging 5.4 rebounds and 7.2 assists when coming off a postseason defeat. That includes five boards and eight dimes in Game 2 of the NBA Finals and a nine-rebound, 10-assist outing in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals.

SGA has recorded five or more rebounds in all three games of the series, with his high of eight rebounds in Game 3 coming from 11.0 rebounding chances. His advanced metrics also show 7.0 potential assists on Wednesday, which is a notable drop from the 13.0 potential assists over the first two games of the finals, producing three and eight dimes.

After a downtick in production in Game 3’s loss at Indiana, in which SGA scored 24 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and dished out four assists, the Game 4 prop markets and player projections are very positive for OKC’s superstar.

His assist total sits at 6.5, with the Over drawing action and the vig rising. Meanwhile, SGA's rebounding prop is at 5.5 O/U, with the Over priced as high as -140. Player forecasts for Friday call for 5.4 to 5.7 boards and 6.4 to 6.8 assists from Gilgeous-Alexander.

Given those projections, market moves, and his output when coming off a loss, I like combining SGA’s rebounds and assists milestone markets in a same-game parlay.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander same-game parlay

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 7+ assists

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 5+ rebounds

Thunder moneyline

SGA’s potential assists for the series are at 11.0 per game. He’s dished out more than seven dimes in the previous five games coming off a loss.

Gilgeous-Alexander has grabbed five or more boards in all three finals games so far, and projections for Game 4 sit north of five rebounds.

As mentioned, OKC is at its best when bouncing back. The Thunder are 18-2 SU off a loss on the year, including 5-0 SU in the playoffs.
