Back from a whirlwind trip to London, the Buffalo Bills take on their former offensive coordinator Brian Daboll and his New York Giants in the latest SNF odds.
The Bills may be short on preparation, but this matchup is a gift from the schedule-makers, as the latest NFL odds point to one-way traffic in this Week 6 matchup.
With a shaky offensive line, no Daniel Jones, and a questionable Saquon Barkley, the Giants have a mountain to climb against their New York neighbors — and Buffalo is set up as one of the popular NFL picks this weekend.
I’m looking closer at the props market for this Week 6 odds battle, and make sure to also check out our Giants vs. Bills betting preview and our Josh Allen spotlight picks!

Giants vs Bills SNF props
Prop bet #1: Tyrod's on target
It was only a matter of time before the relentless punishment in the pocket landed Daniel Jones on the sidelines, and the neck injury he suffered against the Dolphins will keep him out for at least Week 6.
However, the New York Giants can turn to one of the NFL’s more competent backups in Tyrod Taylor, who spent three seasons as a starter in Buffalo earlier in his career.
Taylor stepped in for Jones last weekend and completed nine of his 12 passes for 86 yards, and the 34-year-old has 85 career appearances under his belt.
With the Buffalo Bills likely to get whatever they want offensively against a New York defense that ranks in the bottom third of the league with 378 yards allowed per game, I see the Giants’ game plan leaning heavily on the passing attack.
Buffalo has had injuries of their own to deal with, and Taylor’s job will be a little easier with Tre’Davious White and Matt Milano both out for the season. That should open up more favorable matchups for both Darren Waller and Darius Slayton.
It’s hard to imagine Taylor putting up a huge stat line with the Giants’ struggles in pass protection, but he won’t be daunted by the SNF stage and this Over is well within reach for the veteran, particularly with the possibility of some garbage time yardage.
Tyrod Taylor prop: Over 175.5 passing yards (-110 at bet365)
Prop bet #2: Diggs does it again
When it comes to betting on Stefon Diggs odds, forget about the sideline drama. Yes, he made more headlines with his frustrations in London, but he also continues to be one of the NFL’s elite receivers.
Diggs has already piled up 520 yards through five games, eclipsing the 100-yard mark in four of those contests. He absolutely shredded the Jaguars last weekend, hauling in eight of his 11 targets for 121 yards and a touchdown.
His hot streak makes it all the more puzzling that the line for his receiving yards prop hasn’t budged from the 80s to the 90s. As long as Josh Allen is under center, Diggs has a shot at double-digit targets, and he has receptions of 55 yards and 48 yards in his past two outings.
The Giants are coming off a Week 5 loss in Miami where they were torched for 181 yards by Tyreek Hill, and the visitors have the third-worst mark in the NFL for yards allowed per pass attempt (7.6). That adds up to a busy day for Diggs, Gabe Davis, and Dalton Kincaid.
Diggs is off to a scorching start this season and I don’t see him slowing down here on Sunday night. Even if the game turns into a blowout, I expect Allen to feed his top target.
Stefon Diggs prop: Over 82.5 receiving yards (-110 at bet365)
Prop bet #3: Another Allen TD
There were worrying signs in Josh Allen’s opening week performance on MNF against the New York Jets, but he’s roared back since then with 10 touchdown passes in his last four games and three rushing scores.
I don’t see him wasting this second chance to put on a primetime show. This matchup against the Giants should play to his strengths, and the Bills had averaged 41 points a game in their three outings prior to the loss in London.
I’m leaning more toward taking Allen’s rushing props on Sunday night. With touchdowns in his last three games, he’s looked more like himself in the red zone, and I like these plus odds for another rushing score here, even with Latavius Murray, Damien Harris, and James Cook as other rushing weapons.
Allen has at least three carries in every game this season and needs no encouragement to take off if he sees a gap near the goal line. There should be openings in this contest against a New York team that’s given up nine rushing TDs in five games this year.
Against an overmatched Giants defense, I see the Bills making a handful of red zone trips and Allen stretching his touchdown streak to four games.
Josh Allen prop: Anytime touchdown (+105 at bet365)
