It’s a real showdown with both teams chasing a playoff spot. While the Lions may have clinched the NFC North, we have both the Vikings and Packers at 7-8 in the mix.
That means the men under center will be under a ton of pressure, but how will they respond?

Jordan Love SNF prop pick
Over 237.5 passing yards (+100)
It’s been an interesting season for Jordan Love. He finally got the opportunity to step out of the shadows of Aaron Rodgers and it instantly looked like the Green Bay Packers had done it again and had their third great quarterback in a row.
From Week 9 onwards, he's been excellent. His QB rating has dropped below 100 on just two occasions in eight games, the team has picked up five wins and he’s thrown 16 touchdown passes while getting picked off just three times.
He’s still a young quarterback learning his trade but he needs to hit the ground running against the Minnesota Vikings with the Packers’ playoff hopes depending on him.
He's grown in confidence over the past few months and I think we’re going to see him deliver for his team. His passing yard line stands at 237.5 and I love the Over in this matchup.
The Vikings’ defense is sneakily good, ranked fifth in defensive DVOA. But while they're ninth against the run in terms of yardage allowed, they're just 16th against the pass, putting them firmly in the middle of the pack. We’ve seen quarterbacks average 241.7 passing yards per game against this team.
We’ve seen Love throw for 238+ yards in eight games this season, with him exceeding that number in five of his past seven. With everything on the line for the Packers, it’s going to need to go through Love, especially if they fall behind.
We’ve seen Love hit the Over on his passing yard prop in 66% of games this season and I think we’ll see that again here as the Packers continue their push for the playoffs.
Prop: Over 237.5 passing yards (+100 at Caesars)
Jordan Love SNF same-game parlay
Firstly, we have our best bet for the game which is to see Jordan Love hitting the Over on his passing yards total of 237.5. He’s surpassed that figure in five of his past seven games and is playing at a high level right now.
Jayden Reed has been excellent for the Packers and I like his chances of finding the endzone against the Vikings. The former Michigan State man has scored eight touchdowns this season but five of those have come in his past six games and he’s a smooth route runner who's building up chemistry with Love.
The final leg is for the Packers to win. We’re going to take them on the moneyline to get the win as the Vikings have won just one of their past five games.
All in all, the Packers are the better team right now and I have more faith in Love producing than I do rookie Jaren Hall on the other side.
