Ravens vs Buccaneers MNF props

Prop bet #1: Derrick Henry Over 84.5 rushing yards

-114 at FanDuel

A lot of people believed that Derrick Henry’s best days were behind him after signing with the Baltimore Ravens this past offseason. While his numbers were still impressive the last couple of seasons with the Tennessee Titans, I don’t think anyone expected Henry to be this solid for Baltimore.

Henry is balling out in ‘24, leading the NFL in rushing yards (704) and rushing touchdowns (eight). Alongside versatile QB Lamar Jackson, this duo is an absolute nightmare for opposing defenses.

The former Alabama standout is averaging a career-best 5.9 yards per carry as well. Although Henry struggled in the season opener, he’s been trending upward ever since. The veteran has hit the Over in rushing yards in four straight games, including 132 yards in Week 6 and a whopping 199 in Week 4.

Sure, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have the 12th-best run defense in the league, but Henry is on a tear right now. I don’t see anyone stopping him from surpassing 84.5 on Monday evening. He’ll get tons of opportunities to run the football and will take full advantage. Henry’s impressive campaign will continue down in Tampa.

Prop bet #2: Chris Godwin Over 6.5 receptions

-102 at FanDuel

Baker Mayfield has two of the best wide receivers in the sport at his disposal in Chris Godwin and Mike Evans. Godwin has emerged as WR1 this season, reeling in 43 grabs for 511 yards and five touchdowns.

With Evans nursing a hamstring injury in the Week 6 win over the Saints, Godwin rose to the occasion and had 11 receptions for 125 yards and two scores, his biggest game yet in ‘24. He’s actually only hit the Over in catches in three of the six contests so far, but there’s reason to believe another impressive showing is in the cards.

Running back Rachaad White is questionable with a foot injury. The Ravens also have the best run defense in the entire league. Tampa Bay is going to focus on their productivity downfield, especially because Baltimore is 31st in the NFL in passing yards, allowing 275.7 per game.

Evans is going to suit up on Monday, but he still may not be at 100%. That means it’ll be up to Godwin to be the main man for Mayfield again. He’s also averaging 6.7 receptions per contest at home this season. This bet is worth a shot.

Prop bet #3: Baker Mayfield Over 1.5 passing TDs

-108 at FanDuel

Baker Mayfield was counted out by many after jumping around from team to team following his departure from the Cleveland Browns. However, he’s reinvented himself with the Buccaneers and has proven to be one of the most reliable QBs in the league this year.

The ex-Oklahoma star is the top dog in the NFL with 15 passing touchdowns to go along with 1,489 passing yards and a 70.9 completion percentage. He’s also been picked off five times. Mayfield is flourishing in this Tampa offense and 10 of his 15 TDs have come from Godwin and Evans.

As previously mentioned, Baltimore has a poor pass defense, so you better believe Mayfield will be throwing the football a lot here. He’s also comfortably hit the Over in three consecutive appearances, even tossing four TDs last week against New Orleans. Overall, he’s hit the Over in four of the six contests this season.

Mayfield is rolling and playing with a lot of confidence. The Buccaneers will put up points and it will come through the air.
