Week 9 was one of the more unpredictable weeks in recent memory with huge upsets and a lot of head-scratching results. Underdogs went 7-6 straight up and reminded us how humbling betting a sport like this can be.
Here's a look at my favorite parlay picks I'll be targeting in Week 10.
Week 10 NFL parlay picks
- Panthers vs. Cardinals Under 44.5 (-110) + Saints vs. Titans Under 44.5 (-110) = +264
- Cook Over 89.5 rushing yards (-105) + Kittle Over 51.5 receiving yards (-110) = +272

Parlay Pick 1
PARLAY: Carolina Panthers @ Arizona Cardinals Under 44.5 (-110) + New Orleans Saints @ Tennessee Titans Under 44.5 (-110) = +264
Carolina Panthers vs Arizona Cardinals Under 44.5. (-110)
The Carolina Panthers are coming off a 24-6 loss at home to the New England Patriots. The Panthers could not get a quality drive put together and were held out of the endzone. Although with stalled drives, ball security was an issue with quarterback Sam Darnold turning the ball over three times. With Darnold out of Sunday's contest, P.J. Walker will be calling the shots against an aggressive defense that blitzes nearly 30 percent of the time.
On offense, the Cardinals like to control the clock, ranking fifth in average time of possession at 32:08. With their own injury concerns to Kyler Murray, DeAndre Hopkins, A.J. Green, and Chase Edmonds, who are all listed as questionable, expect Arizona to continue to attack methodically and control the clock.
New Orleans Saints vs Tennessee Titans Under 44.5 (-110)
The Tennessee Titans are in sole possession of the AFC South sitting at 7-2. They find themselves in a tricky meeting Sunday hosting the New Orleans Saints who are fresh off a 27-25 loss where their offense got going far too late in the fourth quarter.
Both teams have had a lot of success running the ball this year and rank in the Top 4 in rushing attempts per game. They both also rank in the Top 10 in rushing yards per game but have two very important injuries to monitor to both backs. The Saints' Alvin Kamara is questionable and missed Wednesday's practice and Tennessee will once again be without Derrick Henry. With both offenses struggling in Week 9, and a lot of uncertainties, look for a low-scoring affair even if Kamara suits up.
Parlay Pick 2
PARLAY: Dalvin Cook Over 89.5 rushing yards (-105)+ George Kittle Over 51.5 receiving yards (-110) = +272
Dalvin Cook Over 89.5 rushing yards (-105)
In one of the more competitive and evenly matched contests on Sunday, the Minnesota Vikings travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers. The Chargers have struggled to stop the run and allow a league-high 161.6 rushing yards per game. Digging even deep into that, they have surrendered the second-most rushing touchdowns per game, given up a league-worst 5.0 rushing yards per attempt, and are tied with a league-leading eight rushes of 20 or more yards allowed.
Although Cook has been held out of the endzone for the most part in 2021, he's been a huge factor in the rushing game eclipsing the 100-yard mark in three contests already despite only playing six games. He's going to be a huge factor on Sunday.
George Kittle Over 51.5 receiving yards (-110)
The San Francisco 49ers host the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night. The Rams have allowed 548 yards to tight ends this season, and TEs have been targeted the second most times through nine games at 75.
The 49ers were lucky to get Kittle back and feel his presence immediately. He's fresh off a six reception, 101-yard game last week versus the Arizona Cardinals. With the Rams stacked at cornerback, expect offensive production to come in ways other than through the wide receiver position. This should open the door up even more for Kittle to build off last week's success and see a lot of throws coming his way.
