In what is a Boxing Day tradition for most has now become an August treat after the World Junior tournament was forced to finish without a winner, as several pandemic outbreaks ruined it for both the fans and players.

With that said, teams will once again meet back in Edmonton, Alberta to tidy up some unfinished business. Before round-robin action begins Tuesday, check out the full odds below for the 2022 World Junior Championship:

Team Odds to win
Canada +125
USA +400
Finland +400
Sweden +400
Czech Republic +2,000
Slovakia +2,500
Switzerland +10,000
Germany +10,000
Austria +30,000
Latvia +50,000

Team Canada (+125)

To no one's surprise, Canada has been installed as the favorites to win the 2022 World Junior Championships Part Deux.

Before the stoppage back in January, Canada was 2-0, picking up wins against Czech Republic and Austria. Lead by phenom Connor Bedard, Team Canada will bolster a top-to-bottom lineup that will be very hard to beat.

Team USA (+400)

Canada's neighbors and hockey rivals find themselves coming in at +400, looking to defend their World Juniors Championship from 2021. USA shouldn't have too hard of a preliminary round as it faces off against Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and then a tough matchup against Sweden.

Although this isn't the same roster Team USA brought to Edmonton in the winter, they still have a very capable roster that will look to make some noise come next week.
