It's time for midweek Premier League action as Arsenal and Crystal Palace face off today at Emirates Stadium.

It’s been a great few weeks for the Gunners, but their eyes are likely looking ahead to their next European date. That's why my Arsenal vs. Crystal Palace predictions have both teams scoring.

Check out my free betting picks for Wednesday, April 23, with kickoff coming at 3:00 p.m. ET on USA Network.

Premier League predictions for Arsenal vs Crystal Palace

My best bet: Both teams to score (+110 at bet365)

My analysis
Last week, Arsenal defeated Real Madrid to secure a spot in the Champions League semifinals, a result that casts a shadow over this game. We saw Mikel Arteta rest some of his stars against Ipswich last week, and we should see some players rested in this game too.

With that in mind, it makes it very hard to bet on the outcome here, and betting on Arsenal at -239 doesn’t feel smart at all.

Much like Arsenal, there’s a real chance Crystal Palace rests players, too. However, one thing we can rely on with Palace is they’ll score — regardless of who is on the pitch. Since the turn of 2025, they’ve failed to find the back of the net just twice in 18 games.

If you look back through this season, we’ve seen both teams score in 54.5% of Arsenal's EPL games, a number which increases to 56.3% at the Emirates. We’ve also seen both teams score in five of the past seven EPL games at the Emirates.

Palace have been dangerous on the road, scoring in all but three away games in the Premier League all season, and only once since the turn of 2025.

They’ve been poor defensively, though, and their previous three league games away from Selhurst Park have seen them concede 11 goals, with relegated Southampton managing to score against them.

Both Arsenal and Palace are capable of scoring and have exciting attacks; however, with both teams focusing on hugely important upcoming cup games, expect rotated teams to be more sloppy, which should result in both teams finding mesh.

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace same-game parlay (SGP)

Both teams to score

Leandro Trossard to score

Will Hughes 2+ fouls

Leandro Trossard started down the middle for Arsenal against Ipswich on Sunday, and it was arguably his best performance of the season. It’s a position Arsenal are struggling with due to injuries, so Arteta is likely to start him there again and give him another chance to shine.

Trossard’s movement was too much for Ipswich, and he rewarded his manager’s faith with two goals. Crystal Palace are an upgrade on Ipswich, but if Trossard plays near that level, he’s a great bet to get on the scoresheet again.

Will Hughes has had a good season, but his tough tackling often gets him into trouble. He’s committed more fouls than anybody else in the Palace team, with 60 fouls in 28 games so far. If you break down his performances on a per 90-minute basis, he’s averaging 2.92 fouls.
