San Francisco @ Atlanta preview
Turner Field
Last Meeting ( Jun 15, 2013 ) San Francisco 5, Atlanta 6
The Atlanta Braves have come from behind in half of their 40 wins, and they'll try to ride the momentum from the most recent rally when they wrap up a three-game series with the San Francisco Giants on Sunday. The Braves scored twice in the ninth Saturday, winning 6-5 on Freddie Freeman's game-ending RBI single to even the series.
The late heroics rescued Atlanta from what would have a been a season-high fifth consecutive loss and ensured the Braves still have not lost consecutive home games since dropping three straight to visiting Washington from May 1-3. Atlanta has a major league-best 23-8 home record. The Giants are trying to clinch back-to-back series wins in Atlanta for the first time since 1990.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Giants RH Tim Lincecum (4-6, 4.70 ERA) vs. Braves RH Julio Teheran (4-3, 3.62)
Lincecum has failed to get through the fifth inning in two of his last three starts and has taken the loss in four of his last five outings. He was charged with four runs - two earned - in 4 2/3 innings in a loss at Pittsburgh his last time out. Lincecum is 7-5 with a 2.99 ERA in 12 starts against the Braves, including seven innings of two-hit ball in a win May 12 in San Francisco.
After taking a no-hitter into the eighth in his previous start, Teheran was roughed up for five runs in six innings in a loss at San Diego last time out. He surrendered a pair of home runs, which was his biggest issue early in the season. Teheran beat the Giants in his first start against them, allowing three runs over seven innings May 9 in San Francisco.
