Colorado @ Los Angeles preview
Dodger Stadium
Last Meeting ( Jul 13, 2013 ) Colorado 0, LA Dodgers 1
The Los Angeles Dodgers look to head into the All-Star break on a high note when they host the Colorado Rockies on Sunday in the finale of a four-game series. Los Angeles won for the 17th time in its last 21 contests Saturday on the strength of Zack Greinke's two-hitter - a 1-0 victory over Colorado which left them 2 1/2 games behind Arizona in the National League West. Colorado fell to 3-6 on its 10-game road trip and is 5 1/2 behind the Diamondbacks.
Rockies All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki was given Saturday off after playing two games since recovering from a broken rib but is expected back in the lineup Sunday. The banged-up Dodgers likely will be without rookie right fielder Yasiel Puig for a second straight game because of a sore left hip, while left fielder Carl Crawford is expected to miss his third consecutive contest with lower back soreness. Ricky Nolasco will make his home debut for the Dodgers after winning his initial start for Los Angeles at Arizona on Tuesday as he opposes Jhoulys Chacin, who had a five-start winning streak snapped in his last outing.
