Miami @ Dallas picks

Whatever hope the Dallas Mavericks had of making the playoffs likely rolled out the back door when Anthony Davis was placed on the IL with a groin injury. The Mavs have dropped four of six and meet a Miami Heat group also playing on zero nights' rest. Heat center Bam Adebayo should have a field day without Davis on the floor. Dallas may wind up resting Klay Thompson and others, and I’m betting on Adebayo and Miami eeking out a victory over the Mavs.
