The Cleveland Cavaliers just revamped their roster, and now coach Tyronn Lue is incorporating major revisions in the attack. The Cavaliers will unveil their latest offensive schemes on Tuesday, when they face the Brooklyn Nets in the second contest of their five-game homestand.

Cleveland lost to San Antonio 110-94 on Sunday as LeBron James (33 points on 25 shots) stood out while the rest of the team fizzled. That led Lue to use Monday's practice session to draw up new wrinkles with more options of where the ball goes, with James used as the main facilitator. "I was able to add some more stuff offensively because right now, with only two or three practices (since adding four players), we're predictable offensively and teams are kind of sitting on that and taking advantage of that," Lue told reporters. Brooklyn halted its eight-game losing streak and matched last season's victory total when it rolled past Chicago 104-87 on Monday to reach the 20-win mark.

ABOUT THE NETS (20-41): Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (groin) returned from an 11-game absence on Monday, sparking the team with his trademark energy and hustle despite scoring just seven points on 3-of-9 shooting in 22 minutes. "I'm going to say because of my energy, my presence, being out there," Hollis-Jefferson told reporters regarding the team's enthusiasm on Monday. "Not necessarily shooting and doing everything else, but just my presence. They could touch me, give me a high-five, 100 percent." Swingman Allen Crabbe scored 21 points and has topped 20 in four of his last six games.

ABOUT THE CAVALIERS (35-24): Swingman Rodney Hood is one of the four newcomers, and Lue badly wants to see him develop into the team's second scoring option with All-Star power forward Kevin Love (broken hand) out for another three-plus weeks. "We got to be aggressive, especially not depending on LeBron to do a lot," Hood told reporters. "We got to be aggressive, especially in transition. We got to be able to make plays. We can, but we just got to be confident to make plays while he's on the court, and I think that's the biggest thing that (Lue) stressed to us." Forward Larry Nance Jr. and guards Jordan Clarkson and George Hill are the other players that were acquired at the trading deadline, and the latter is struggling to fit in by averaging nine points on 14-of-43 shooting in five games since coming over from Sacramento.

BUZZER BEATERS
