Jaren Holmes scored all of his team-high 15 points in the second half and Osun Osunniyi added 13 points to lift host No. 13 Iowa State to a 68-53 victory against No. 8 Kansas on Saturday in Ames, Iowa.
Iowa State (16-6, 7-3 Big 12) has secured four victories against Top 10 schools this season, a program record. The Cyclones, who led by as many as 19 points, improved to 12-0 at home this season.
Tre King added 10 points and Tamin Lipsey flirted with a triple-double, collecting 10 assists to go with nine points and eight rebounds.
Jalen Wilson scored a game-high 26 points for Kansas (18-5, 6-4), which was unable to secure a season sweep of Iowa State after edging the visiting Cyclones, 62-60, on Jan. 24.
The Jayhawks led for a mere 1:03 on Saturday and didn't hold the advantage after taking a 3-2 lead in the opening minute.
Wilson has scored at least 20 points in six successive games. Danny Manning boasts the program's longest such streak, with 11.

Iowa State raced to a 33-21 halftime lead, shooting 48.4 percent compared to 32 percent for Kansas. Wilson led all scorers with 12 points at the break.
The Jayhawks committed 11 turnovers before intermission, which led to 12 Iowa State points.
Kansas surpassed what remains its season-low point total of 50 -- in a Nov. 25 loss to Tennessee -- on a Wilson jumper with two minutes to go.
The Jayhawks lead the all-time series between the schools 189-67.
