Spencer Jones scored 21 points and Michael O'Connell recorded a career-high 12 assists as host Stanford registered a wire-to-wire 81-69 victory over Washington in Pac-12 play on Sunday.
Maxime Raynaud added 15 points and Brandon Angel had 14 points and seven rebounds as the Cardinal (12-17, 6-12 Pac-12) won for just the second time in the past seven games. Harrison Ingram added 11 points, six rebounds and six assists and Michael Jones scored 10 points for Stanford.
Jamal Bey had a season best of 21 points and eight rebounds and Keion Brooks Jr. added 17 points for the Huskies (16-14, 8-11), who had a three-game winning streak halted. Braxton Meah had 11 points and eight rebounds for Washington.
Spencer Jones notched his fourth 20-point effort of the season and made four 3-pointers as the Cardinal connected on 12 of 24 from long range and shot 49.2 percent overall. Stanford had 25 assists on 29 made baskets.
The Huskies shot 38.6 percent from the field and were just 4 of 17 from behind the arc.
Washington trailed by 12 at halftime but a 3-pointer by Bey and two inside hoops by Meah cut Stanford's lead to 44-39 with 15:37 remaining.
The Cardinal answered with a 13-2 run to boost the lead to 16. Max Murrell, Spencer Jones and Angel drained 3-pointers during the burst as Stanford moved ahead 57-41 with 12:26 left.
The Huskies scored seven of the next nine points to move within 11 before Michael Jones answered with a trey as part of a 6-0 run as the Cardinal led 65-48 with 7:05 remaining.
Raynaud later drained a corner 3-pointer and followed with a dunk 29 seconds later as Stanford's lead reached 20 at 72-52 with 5:23 remaining en route to finishing out the rout.
Spencer Jones scored 16 first-half points as Stanford took a 38-26 lead into the break.
Isa Silva scored five straight points to give the Cardinal a 21-10 advantage with 8:47 remaining in the half.
Washington had its best stretch of the half by scoring 14 of the next 20 points and cut its deficit to 27-24 on Langston Wilson's dunk with 3:11 left.
Angel scored the next five points and Spencer Jones added six during a half-ending 11-2 surge as Stanford increased its lead to 12.
