Graham Ike recorded 22 points and 11 rebounds to help No. 15 Gonzaga roll to a 100-76 victory over Jackson State on Wednesday night at Spokane, Wash.
Nolan Hickman scored 18 points and Braden Huff had 17 points and nine rebounds off the bench for the Bulldogs (9-3), who had lost two of their previous three games. Ryan Nembhard added 11 points and six assists and Anton Watson produced 10 points, eight rebounds and six assists for Gonzaga.
Ken Evans had 23 points and 10 rebounds for Jackson State (4-8), which has yet to play a home game this season. Chase Adams scored 14 points and Coltie Young had 13 for the Tigers.
The Bulldogs shot 52.3 percent from the field, including a shaky 5 of 18 (27.8 percent) from 3-point range. Gonzaga is in a four-game slump from deep, making just 23.6 percent (17 of 72).
Jackson State made just 33.3 percent of its shots and was 13 of 32 (40.6 percent) from behind the arc.
Gonzaga led by 12 at halftime and sealed the win with a 10-0 burst to start the second half. Dusty Stromer buried a 3-pointer to give the Zags a 51-29 lead with 17:51 to play.
It was a 20-point margin after Jackson State's Tamorrian Grigsby made a jumper with 11:46 remaining.
The Bulldogs answered with 10 straight points. Ike made two free throws to cap the run and make it 75-45 with 9:46 left.
Gonzaga soon rattled off 11 consecutive points to push the lead to 86-49 with 6:33 remaining.
Huff scored 10 points on 4-of-4 shooting to help the Bulldogs lead 41-29 at the break. Adams had nine in the half for the Tigers.
Gonzaga used an early 15-2 run to take the lead for good. Watson capped the burst with a 3-pointer to make it 19-7 with 12:10 left in the half.
Jackson State later moved within eight before Gonzaga went on a 12-2 surge. Ike's basket ended the run and made it 33-15 with 5:43 left in the half.
The Tigers used their own 12-2 spurt to move within 35-27 on Young's 3-pointer with 3:11 left in the half.
