A pair of Big 12 teams coming off disappointing losses clash when TCU visits Oklahoma on Saturday in a key early season conference game. The Horned Frogs lost at No. 13 West Virginia 81-49 on Tuesday - their worst loss with fourth-year coach Jamie Dixon at the helm - while the Sooners lost to No. 7 Kansas on Tuesday.

“Obviously not the result we wanted,” Dixon told reporters after his club's four-game winning streak came crashing down. “Certainly out-played in every way - out-played, out-executed, out-coached, out-performed. Disappointed, but as I told our guys afterward, this has to be a one loss thing.” Oklahoma, which trailed 49-45 with 8:04 remaining against Kansas, shot 30.6 percent from the field and 8-for-29 from 3-point range. "Disappointing of course with the result,” Sooners coach Lon Kruger told the media. “I thought it was a pretty good battle for a while.” Oklahoma has won four straight meetings and is 12-3 in the series since TCU joined the Big 12 in 2012, and is 12-0 all-time versus the Horned Frogs at Lloyd Noble Center.
