Last Meeting ( Jul 29, 2017 ) Toronto 27, Saskatchewan 38

The Toronto Argonauts hope to extend their winning streak to four games when they host the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday. The Argonauts erased a 14-point fourth quarter deficit en route to a thrilling 43-35 overtime victory against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats to move three points clear of the Ottawa Redblacks at the top of the East Division, and can clinch the division title by beating the Roughriders coupled with a Redblacks loss to the BC Lions.

"We want to finish it," Toronto wide receiver DeVier Posey told reporters. "This is our first time this season winning three in a row and we want to see if we can keep stacking them." Saskatchewan came from behind to down Ottawa 18-17 to move into a third-place tie with the Edmonton Eskimos in the West Division. The Roughriders scored the final 18 points, including 11 in the fourth quarter, to move back over .500 and hope to stay in contention for their first postseason berth since 2014 by knocking off the Argonauts for the third consecutive time. "Being 7-and-6 for us is a good thing because it puts us in position for the playoffs," Saskatchewan defensive back Jovon Johnson told reporters. "Getting the first one out of the way on a two-game road stretch is a fitting feeling."

TV: 4 p.m. ET, TSN

ABOUT THE ROUGHRIDERS (7-6): Kevin Glenn completed 20-of-32 passes for 252 yards against Ottawa to become the ninth quarterback in CFL history to register 100 career victories. Running back Trent Richardson, who was selected third overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns after a spectacular collegiate career at Alabama where he won two national championships, is set to make his CFL debut Saturday. Wide receiver Naaman Roosevelt practiced for the first time since being knocked unconscious by a helmet-to-helmet hit against the Calgary Stampeders on Sept. 24 and could suit up Saturday.

ABOUT THE ARGONAUTS (7-7): Posey was named one of the CFL's Top Performers of the Week after hauling in seven passes for 104 yards and two touchdowns, including the go-ahead 13-yard score in overtime, to lift Toronto. Linebacker Marcus Ball will miss at least one week with a foot injury sustained against the Tiger-Cats and offensive lineman Chris Van Zeyl is day-to-day with an ankle problem. Toronto signed linebacker Khalil Bass, who has recorded 39 tackles and two sacks in 11 games with Ottawa this season, and quarterback Keith Wenning to the practice squad.
