The Winnipeg Blue Bombers look to clinch a home playoff game when they hit the road to face the Toronto Argonauts on Saturday. The Blue Bombers bounced back from a disappointing 30-13 setback to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats by edging the BC Lions 26-20 in Week 17 to earn a postseason berth and they can host their first playoff game in six years with their fourth straight victory against the Argonauts or a loss by the Edmonton Eskimos.

"We came off a loss and hit somebody right in the mouth so that's a great feeling," Winnipeg defensive back Kevin Fogg told reporters. "We're looking on to the next one and we'll just keep fighting and keep winning games." Toronto is assured of hosting its first playoff game in four years despite suffering a 30-27 defeat to Edmonton as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats lost to the Calgary Stampeders. The Argonauts have dropped back-to-back games to fall one point behind the Ottawa Redblacks in the race for the East Division title, but they have a game in hand and hope to reclaim the top spot by downing the Blue Bombers for the first time since Nov. 6, 2015. "We know what's ahead of us and we know we have a chance to get better," Toronto coach Marc Trestman told reporters. "We're very close to putting it together."

ABOUT THE BLUE BOMBERS (11-4): Defensive back Maurice Leggett, who has registered 50 tackles, three interceptions, three sacks and two touchdowns in 2017, suffered a season-ending Achilles tendon injury against BC. Darvin Adams, who leads the team in receiving yards (1,120) and touchdowns (seven), suffered a shoulder injury against the Lions and is out for "multiple weeks," according to Winnipeg coach Mike O'Shea. Fogg was named one of the CFL's Top Performers of the Week after returning a punt 88 yards for a touchdown and finished with 127 return yards to go along with a key interception against the Lions.

ABOUT THE ARGONAUTS (7-9): Ricky Ray completed 32-of-42 passes for 362 yards and a touchdown against Edmonton to move within 218 yards of reaching 5,000 for the fourth time in his illustrious career. James Wilder Jr., who has accumulated 717 total yards in his last four outings, missed last week's game with a head injury, but could be cleared in time to play Saturday. S.J. Green was named one of the CFL's Top Performers of the Week after he hauled in 13 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown while Bear Woods showed no ill effects of the costochondritis that caused him to miss a game as he made six tackles against the Eskimos.

EXTRA POINTS

1. Winnipeg has won seven of its last eight games against East Division opponents.

2. Green has recorded five 100-yard receiving games in 2017.

3. Blue Bombers RB Andrew Harris needs six receptions to reach 100 on the season.
