Western Kentucky 58, Morgan State 17: Antonio Andrews ran for 213 yards and set a school record with five touchdowns as the host Hilltoppers blew out the Bears.
Andrews, who eclipsed the 200-yard rushing mark for the third time in his career, found the end zone three times in the first quarter alone to stake Western Kentucky (2-2) to a 21-0 lead. His fourth score came just 1:59 after quarterback Nelson Fishback crossed the goal line on an 11-yard scamper, giving the Hilltoppers a comfortable 35-7 lead.
Seth Higgins threw for 126 yards and a pair of touchdowns for Morgan State (0-4), which lost its 10th consecutive game. Tracy Martin led the Bears with 77 rushing yards on eight carries and Higgins, who was also intercepted twice, added 56 yards on the ground.
Fishback was one of five quarterbacks to line up under center for Western Kentucky. Junior Brandon Doughty completed all seven of his pass attempts for 55 yards to lead the Hilltoppers' signal-callers.
Anthony Wales added a 1-yard touchdown run for Western Kentucky with 1:29 to play, giving the Hilltoppers their highest point total since an 87-0 decision over West Virginia Tech in 2007. Andrews' record-setting fifth touchdown of the game came on a 14-yard rumble with 2:58 to play in the third quarter.
