GAME NOTEBOOK: Marshall suffered
an injury to his throwing shoulder and didn't return to the game
because of “precautionary measures.” … Auburn CB Chris Davis
set a personal best and had the Tigers' longest punt return since 1996
with his 70-yard return in the first quarter. … Florida Atlantic LB
Freedom Whitfield was carted off the field after making a big hit in
the first half but was walking on the sideline with a neck brace on
in the fourth quarter.
