Mississippi 51, Troy 21: Bo Wallace threw three touchdown passes and ran for another as the host Rebels racked up a school-record 751 yards en route to an easy victory over the Trojans.
Wallace completed 17-of-26 passes for 272 yards as Mississippi (7-3) broke the previous mark of 623 set against Auburn in 1951. Wallace also rushed nine times for 66 yards for the Rebels, who host Missouri next week in an SEC matchup.
Corey Robinson finished 24-of-36 for 258 yards and an interception for Troy (5-6), which must beat Texas State at home on Nov. 29 to become bowl-eligible. Brandon Burks, Daron White and Jordan Chunn all rushed for touchdowns for the Trojans.
The Rebels took at 7-0 lead with 10:09 left in the first quarter on a 25-yard touchdown pass from Wallace to Laquon Treadwell. Burks' scoring scamper from 5 yards out tied it at 7 with 9:12 left in the period.
Jaylen Walton's 4-yard rushing touchdown with 4:52 left in the first put Ole Miss ahead for good 13-7 before the extra point attempt was blocked. Wallace hit Treadwell for another scoring strike - this one for 23 yards - with 39 seconds left in the half to put the Rebels up 20-7 and they cruised from there.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Treadwell, a freshman, caught four passes for 53 yards. ... Troy, which faced Mississippi for the first time, has lost 17 straight games to SEC teams. The Trojans defeated Mississippi State 21-9 in 2001 in their first game against an SEC team. ... Walton, who finished with six carries for 62 yards, leads Mississippi with six rushing touchdowns this season.
