Baltimore set a franchise record with 11 sacks, Alex Collins scored two touchdowns, and the Ravens shut out the Tennessee Titans 21-0 Sunday in Nashville, Tenn.
The Ravens (4-2) outgained the Titans 361-106. Tennessee (3-3) converted just one of 10 third downs, and all nine of its possessions ended in punts.
Joe Flacco completed 25 of 37 passes for 238 yards, one interception and a touchdown pass to Michael Crabtree, who had six catches for 93 yards.
Collins finished with 54 yards on 19 carries.
Za'Darius Smith led the Baltimore defense with three sacks, and Patrick Onwuasor had two. The 11 sacks were one shy of the NFL record.
Marcus Mariota completed 10 of 15 passes for 117 yards. The Titans lost 66 yards via the sacks.
The Ravens got the best of their former defensive coordinator, Dean Pees, who now has that job with the Titans.
Baltimore's win was tempered by an injury to guard Alex Lewis. Lewis, who went to the ground early in the fourth quarter with a neck injury, was placed on a body board and taken off on a cart. The Ravens later tweeted that he had movement in all of his extremities and that he had a CT scan at a local hospital before being released. He was set to return to Baltimore with the team and undergo more tests there on Monday.
Baltimore expanded the lead to 21-0 at the start of the third quarter. Collins capped a 78-yard drive when he started up the middle and bounced outside for a 2-yard touchdown.
The Ravens went 94 yards in 17 plays and 9:09 on their first possession as Flacco completed 6 of 8 passes for 75 yards. He threw 27 yards to Crabtree to put the Ravens on the 4-yard-line, and three plays later he found Crabtree for a 4-yard touchdown.
Crabtree, who dropped a potential touchdown late in last week's loss at Cleveland, had three catches for 52 yards on the drive.
A 23-yard pass to John Brown on the Ravens' next drive set up Collins first score, a 13-yard run, and Baltimore led 14-0 early in the second quarter.
The Ravens converted 8 of 9 third downs in the first half and picked up 13 first downs, while the Titans were 1 of 6 and had five first downs. For the game, Baltimore had a 23-7 edge in first downs.
