Colts 27, Texans 24: Andrew Luck threw three touchdown passes to T.Y. Hilton as visiting Indianapolis rallied from a pair of 18-point deficits after Houston head coach Gary Kubiak collapsed at halftime.
Luck completed 18-of-40 passes for 271 yards and directed four straight scoring drives, capping the final three with scoring strikes of 10, 58 and 9 yards to Hilton as the Colts (6-2) stormed back after trailing 21-3 at the half. Hilton, in his first game as the No. 1 wideout following the season-ending injury to Reggie Wayne, had seven receptions for 121 yards and the three scores.
Case Keenum threw for 350 yards in his second career start and connected on three first-half touchdown passes to Andre Johnson, including a 62-yarder and 41-yarder, as the Texans took command early. But as the teams headed to the locker room, Kubiak collapsed near the 20-yard line and was taken to the hospital, but he did not suffer a heart attack, according to team officials.
Randy Bullock had a chance to send the game to overtime but missed his third field-goal attempt of the game, a 55-yarder as time ran out to send Houston (2-6) to its sixth straight defeat. Johnson had nine catches for 229 yards and the three TDs.
Luck, who completed his 10th comeback win in the fourth quarter or overtime in 24 career games, was only 8-of-25 for 99 yards with three minutes left in the third quarter and Houston ahead 24-6. A roughing-the-passer penalty kept alive a drive that culminated with Luck's 10-yard pass to Hilton with five seconds left in the third quarter.
After Bullock missed a 43-yarder with 10:32 to play, Luck capitalized by hitting Hilton for 58 yards two plays later to cut the deficit to 24-19 before leading the game-winning drive and finding Hilton for the go-ahead score with 4:00 to play.
