Arizona @ Nashville preview
Bridgestone Arena
Last Meeting ( Nov 29, 2018 ) Arizona 3, Nashville 0
The Nashville Predators have struggled at home of late, losing each of their last three contests at Bridgestone Arena. Nashville hopes to turn things around when it continues its three-game homestand Tuesday against the Arizona Coyotes.
The Predators returned to Music City after a perfect three-game road trip and dropped a 3-1 decision to Dallas on Saturday. Calle Jarnkrok scored against the Stars, giving him three tallies in 34 contests since recording a hat trick Nov. 17 versus Los Angeles. Arizona is wrapping up a six-game trek that began with a pair of victories that have been followed by three setbacks, including Monday's 5-4 loss at Dallas. Clayton Keller and Nick Cousins each set up two goals in the defeat, with the former increasing his team-leading totals to 26 assists and 37 points.

ABOUT THE COYOTES (23-24-5): Defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored against the Stars to get his name in the franchise record book. The 27-year-old Swedish captain has 109 career goals, moving him past Teppo Numminen for the most by a blue-liner in the history of the organization. Alex Galchenyuk also scored Monday, ending his five-game drought and putting him one goal away from hitting double digits for the sixth straight season.
ABOUT THE PREDATORS (31-19-4): Viktor Arvidsson leads the team with 21 goals, recording them in only 30 games, but has notched just seven assists. The 25-year-old Swede also tops the club with five game-winning tallies - one shy of the career high he set in 2016-17 and matched last season. Filip Forsberg is two goals away from reaching 20 for the fifth consecutive campaign but enters Tuesday with a seven-game drought.
