My analysis
The Birmingham Stallions were rolling through this season with dominating offensive performances until they ran into the San Antonio Brahmas in Week 9.
Despite putting up MVP numbers beforehand, the Stallions' offense only managed to score nine points and accrue 202 yards of total offense against the Brahmas stellar defense. That game seemed to have broken the Stallions offense as we know it.
In the final week of the regular season, the Stallions had only 223 yards of total offense and needed a big second half to pull off the comeback win. Quarterback Adrian Martinez struggled early on last week and was eventually benched in the third quarter for Matt Corral. After throwing an interception in his first series, Corral led consecutive touchdown drives to put the game away for the Stallions.
However, head coach Skip Holts revealed that he is sticking with Martinez for Sunday's championship game, and Corral will be ready to play if he is needed.

The Stallions boast the league's best rushing defense and only allowed 18 points to the Brahmas in Week 9. These have been the best two stop-units all season long, and both teams will be looking to control possession.
