The Atlanta Dream will look to continue their recent strong play on the road when they visit the last-place Dallas Wings tonight.
The Dream (7-11) have lost five of their last six and are underdogs in the WNBA odds against the Wings (4-16), who have won just one of their last 15 games overall.

My analysis
Neither the Dallas Wings nor Atlanta Dream are setting the world on fire in the WNBA this year.
However, while the Wings are stuck in last place in the league, the Dream are at least fighting for a playoff spot and showing they might give a top seed some trouble in the first round if they reach the postseason.
Although Atlanta has lost seven of its last nine games, it's played three solid games in a row, including two notable encounters on the road with two of the top teams in the WNBA.
Atlanta's 95.3 offensive rating may be the worst in the WNBA, but the Dream do a good job on defense and don’t make many mistakes, ranking second in the league in turnover percentage.
Meanwhile, Dallas is allowing a league-worst 88.9 points per game, and is second-worst in defensive rating, sitting in a virtual dead heat with the Indiana Fever at the bottom. Allisha Gray (15.8 ppg) is more than capable of taking advantage for Atlanta, as is center Tina Charles (14.2 ppg), even if the Dream don’t normally run up the score.
The Wings don’t deserve to be a significant favorite tonight, and you could even argue that Atlanta should win this game outright. Take the Dream and the points tonight.

Along with taking the Dream to cover in tonight’s game, my same-game parlay is built around my expectation of a high-scoring game. Both teams have been playing strongly to the Over as of late, and Dallas in particular has a penchant for games that go way above tonight’s total.
I’ll round out my SGP with a bet on Gray to score at least 15 points tonight. The Atlanta guard has hit that total in four of her last five games and should be able to do so again facing a shaky Wings defense.
