My analysis
Dearica Hamby has averaged just 5.7 rebounds across her last seven outings, but she’s in a great bounce-back spot tonight against the Seattle Storm. Seattle has allowed 36 rebounds per game this season (second-most), and that number has risen to a league-high 37.8 over the last 10.
Hamby is at her best while playing at Crypto.com Arena where she’s averaged 10.5 rebounds per game compared to just 8.0 on the road. She grabbed nine and 11 rebounds in two matchups with Seattle this season, and she pulled down at least eight boards in two of four matchups with the Storm in 2023.
Hamby is averaging a career-best 9.3 rpg this season, and she leads her team comfortably in that department. She’s pulled down at least eight boards in 25 of 36 games, good for 69.4% of her appearances. Finding this line for plus money at FanDuel makes it a tremendous value play, considering how frequently Hamby has hit this rebounding milestone in 2024.
