Fights are a total of 47 minutes. After the twelfth round you don't add another minute for a one minute break on the stool. I'm not making fun as it is a very common mistake. It can exceed 47 minutes when fighters are knocked down in the final 10 seconds of any (each and every) round. Standard time is round 1 to 11 is 44 minutes and 3 more minutes for the final round!

If you want be more technical, you can consider a knockdown with 1 second to go every round, making 47 minutes and adding 1 minute and 48 seconds.

In boxing, the refs can't even get a correct scorecard making people who ordered the fight wondering if they watched the same fight!!!

You did a copy post because the period was placed properly prior to the quotation marks. Also, you properly spelled Chávez, and not Chavez. Now you go out on your own in
Post #58 and end your post with "CULIACAN B*TCH!!!!!!!", but you should have kept it simple and did your usual copy & paste so it would be correct.... Culiacán.

It's easy and sad telling a fewl that he should post emoticons because he can't spell or use proper grammar, and all his information comes from other people's comments.

once the fighters enter the ring and prior to the referees pre-fight instructions/staredown/touching of the gloves the majority of normal people would consider this part of the fight lasting well over one minute.

when i bet on a highly anticipated fight, as with probably 99.99 percent of others here, im pretty stressed(excited/tense/anxious) once the fighters have made their ring entrance.

im 99.99 percent sure the ref feels the same exact way.

but then again, some people on the covers boxing forum are perfect, constantly looking to condescendingly correct others and would have done a much better job than steele as well as fighting through a broken sternum and two fractured jaws for three rounds all the while safely drinking a cold six pack behind their computer screens.

 

So, because you were wrong and I explained, you get defensive and make up some ridiculous argument about prior to the fight. If you use that theory, why not count the time they sign contracts as the anticipation builds, or when they start training. You have to be joking. Why do you quote sentences taken out of context and follow up with Icons?
More than 2 weeks goes by and now you decide to continue a thread in which was basically nothing more to add. Maybe you just need attention, but unfortunately, this moment I don't have time to read and respond NONSENSE that no one cares to read.
One thing maybe was established, people made quotes I was instigating these threads of bad mouthing... but it may seem clear now that weeks after we are finished on a thread, you need to keep it going with Icons and repetitive info and bashing.
