Diaz had Marquez in the corner the entire fight. He was the effective aggressor. I wasn't concerned with the crowds OOOHS and AHHHS. Marquez was an effective counter puncher. The fight was close. Although, I did have Diaz ahead before the final round. To have Marquez ahead 2 rounds was NONSENSE. I stand by it. Regardless of "the crowd."

JMM is the P4P best right now, IMO. I thought he won the first fight with Pacquiao (after that horrible first, I thought he won every round), and his recent resume is more impressive than Manny's. Betting against him was foolish, especially only getting +135. Looking back, Diaz should've been a higher price than that. I'm not second guessing myself, so much as I'm learning from my mistake.
Also, everyone I was watching the fight with knew that Diaz was in trouble early on. In the second round, he caught JMM with a left hook that wobbled him, but after that Marquez dominated the last minute of the round with body shots. Diaz was throwing more, but when Marquez was setting his feet and sitting down on his shots, he was affecting Diaz with every punch. I only noticed two punches from Diaz where JMM looked bothered, the afformentioned hook to the head, and a hard hook to the body somewhere later. On the other hand, JMM was landing shots all night that stopped Diaz in his tracks and obviously had an effect on him. As a Diaz backer, I was worried by the third round.
