This fight is cheaper than all the live Vegas shows I've gone to see on the Vegas strip.

The price tag is right where it is supposed to be - considering the fighters and the stakes.

I bet 100 bucks a hand playing blackjack. If 100 bucks is a lot of money to you... you shouldn't be gambling.

MoneySRH it's not the money it's the principle. The only reason pacquiao bent over to Floyds demands is because of the 18 mil tax lien against him. Without that there is no fight believe me.

Believe you? 18 million isn’t sh1t to him. Pacquiao made over 250 million dollars before signing the Mayweather fight contact. He could have fought Khan and made around 30 million.

Pacquiao pursued the fight with Mayweather for the fans and his children. Manny’s son and daughter have been begging their daddy to fight Mayweather for years.

i make north of 157K per year in medical device sales. i know ALL about getting taxed.  my commission alone gets taxed 40% before i can go recoup a bit of it at the end of the year.

anyhow, the phillipines is simply saying IF HE PAID taxes in the USA then will not double-tax him.  the problem is he did not pay taxes in the USA nor the phillipines, so he owes at least ONE OF THESE countries money.

i am watching this as its being simulcast the hunger to watch this fight is bigger than the fight itself. I always thought it was mayweather ducking the action but recently understood the promotion showtime vs hbo had alot more to do with these guys not being able to sign the dotted line.
As I understand it went down at a miami heat game the two men attended this game and a man noticed the two camps in the audience the men met then went back to hotel room as was suggested "you guys want this then everything else can be arranged. "
As I understand now this was the first ever face to face, tete to tete, vis de vis  meeting ever between these two individuals.
Not long after HBO and Showtime hammered out a deal to cosponsor the bout.
I dont care much of this except it softened my outrage at this not happening sooner
Still want Mayweather to get pounded but I like Pacman. I like his power domination style .

3 years!? Try 7-8. Mayweather should have fought the winner of Pac vs Morales which happened in 06. Ill watch this weekend but its sad this didnt happen in 08-09 like it should have.

Good call Hendrix, we tried to warn everyone and they laughed and said they were going to waste their money, so now that the fight stunk worse than ANY big fight (maybe Canelo/ Floyd was equal) maybe next time fans won't fall for the same BS hype.
